Boards

The board is the mind of an organisation. Board members are custodians of vision, and are responsible for ensuring that an organisation is safe, flourishing and achieving its short and long term goals. This work is both finite and expansive, requiring adaptive thinking, strategic insight and a futuristic bent. We work with boards to help define and cultivate vision, strategise pathways toward fulfilling this vision, as well as managing risk, developing operational competencies and planning for overall organisational health.
